Offer Agreement
The publication of scientific articles in the journals of the NJSC "L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University" (hereinafter — the Company) is carried out on the basis of a public offer agreement. This offer is addressed to authors who submit materials through the Company's electronic manuscript registration system.
Key Provisions:

Conclusion of the Agreement: The submission of a manuscript by the Author to the electronic registration system of the Company's scientific journals is recognized as complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer. This Agreement does not require a physical signature.

Cost and Payment Procedure:

Upon registration and submission of the manuscript, the author pays an initial fee of 20% of the article's cost (12,000 tenge).

If the article is rejected by the editorial board, this amount is non-refundable.

The total cost of one article accepted for publication is 60,000 (sixty thousand) tenge.

Ethical Obligations: The Author guarantees the originality of the work, the absence of "guest authorship" (brokerage services), and compliance with the principles of publication ethics.
