Геологиялық, геоморфологиялық, криогендік, сейсмикалық, су нысандары, археологиялық ескерткіштер мен мәдени мұра нысандарын қамтитын негізгі туристік аттрақторлық нысандар анықталып, жүйелендірілген. Оларды рекреациялық мақсатта пайдалану мүмкіндіктері, атап айтқанда туристік соқпақтар ұйымдастыру, геотуризмді дамыту, геопарктер құру және басқа да бағыттар айқындалған. Ландшафттардың жоғары осалдығы жағдайында дәстүрлі көшпелі мал шаруашылығы мен туристік инфрақұрылымның заманауи дамуы аумақты пайдалануды теңгерімді кеңістіктік жоспарлауды талап ететіні көрсетілген.
