Abstract

The results on assessing trace element contamination of the environment based on analysis of moss biomonitors collected in Central Kazakhstan. Concentrations of elements were determined by neutron activation analysis and atomic
absorption spectrometry in the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. A total of 39 elements were identified, including heavy
