Dear Authors and Reviewers,

Please be advised that, due to technical restrictions imposed by mail.ru, yandex.ru, bk.ru, and other email services within the Mail Group ecosystem, widespread email delivery problems are occurring. In particular:

• messages are not delivered at all;
• messages end up in the Spam or Deleted folders;
• communication is disrupted during manuscript submission, peer review, and editorial correspondence.

This is caused by strict filters in these email systems that block automated notifications sent from the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform on which our journal operates.

We therefore strongly recommend that you:

1. Use an institutional email address when registering on the platform (e.g., @enu.kz, @edu.kz, @kaznu.kz, etc.).
2. Alternatively, use a Gmail address (@gmail.com), which reliably receives system notifications.
3. Avoid registering with addresses ending in @mail.ru, @yandex.ru, @bk.ru, @inbox.ru, or @list.ru.

If you are already registered with one of these addresses, you can update your email address in your user profile on the platform.
