Types of territorial tourist complexes of medical and improvement (on the example of Altai Krai, Russia)

Abstract

The authors analyzed the placement of destinations for health tourism in the Altai Territory. The article reveals features of their tourist development. The article notes different levels of tourist development of territories, as well as a variety of internal territorial structures of destinations. Structural and functional features and the development of the supporting frame in the destinations were the basis for the typology of territorial tourist complexes. The authors substantiate the possibility of distinguishing six types of organization of territorial medical and health-improving tourist complexes in the region.
