Abstract

In our work, we studied the effect of substituents on chemical shifts in the nuclear magnetic resonance spectra.
The ranges of changes in chemical shifts From(1) to(10) carbon atoms, aromatic protons, carbonyl atoms, and urea protons in
diarylureas are considered. The analysis of N,N’-diarylureas by NMR 1 H and 13 C allows us to reliably identify the studied
compounds and serve as an additional method for quality control of pharmaceutical substances containing such drugs.
