Ионная проводимость NASICON-подобных твердых электролитов LATP, синтезированных методом расплавленного флюса, в зависимости от содержания лития

Аннотация

В статье представлена сравнительная оценка структурных и электрохимических свойств твердых электролитов на основе литий-алюмо-титан-фосфата (LATP) с различным содержанием лития LATP (Li1.3-1.5AlxTi2-x(PO4)3). Поликристаллы LATP с NASICON-подобной структурой были синтезированы методом расплавленного флюса, включающим смешивание прекурсоров LiNO3, Al2O3, TiO2, NH4H2PO4 и CO(NH2)2 с последующим ступенчатым нагревом при 170°C, 500°C и 800°C, прессованием и финальным спеканием при 800°C в течение 4 часов.

Рентгенофазовый анализ подтвердил формирование основной кристаллической фазы LATP, тогда как увеличение концентрации лития приводило к появлению вторичных фаз, таких как Li4P2O7, AlPO4, и TiP2O7, что оказывало влияние на ионную проводимость. Исследования методом электрохимической импедансной спектроскопии показали, что образец LATP (Li1.4) обладает наивысшей ионной проводимостью (1.66–1.85 × 10-4 S/cm при 25°C) по сравнению с образцами Li1.3 и Li1.5 благодаря более высокой структурной плотности и оптимальному фазовому составу.

Анализ температурной зависимости показал, что повышение температуры способствует увеличению подвижности литиевых ионов, подтверждая термоактивированный характер ионного транспорта. Таким образом, состав Li1.4Al0.4Ti1.6(PO4)3 демонстрирует наиболее перспективные характеристики в качестве твердого электролита для полностью твердотельных литиевых батарей.
