The use of natural clays in catalysis

Abstract

The rational use of natural resources is one of the important problems of modern Kazakhstan. In this regard,
natural clays are of particular interest for the synthesis of new catalysts, sorbents and carriers. This article provides an overview
of the use of natural clays in the field of catalytic chemistry as catalysts, adsorbents and carriers. According to the results of the
study, it turns out that the use of natural modified clays in catalysis will help to solve the development of domestic production
of the synthesis of catalysts, adsorbents and carriers and the replacement of their expensive imported analogues.
