Ljubljana – Green eu Capital in 2016. Training - what is changed, in the period 2005-2015. (Regional development)

Abstract

This article wants to show up how a country that became independent recently; had
the chance to give to Europe in 2016 a green capital; and the progress they made in order to be
considered a green tourism country. "Europe – the old continent with lot of traditions and plenty
of cultures in such a small place; a continent that had to suffer a lot in last century due the First
World War and also due the Second World War; at the end of Second World War it was created
the "European Union" – in order to not happen again what it happened once."
