Abstract

On the basis of biologically active 3-aminopyridine-2(1H)-ones, the authors carried out chemical modification into derivatives of the corresponding monothiooxamides for the first time. It has been shown that monothiooxamides of 3-aminopyridin-2(1H)-one enter into transamidation reactions with hydrazine-hydrate and are further cyclized under the action of chloroacetyl chloride into conjugated 1,3,4-thiadizole derivatives.
