Abstract

: Zhuzgun - this is a unique desert plant containing a variety of substances used for medicinal purposes-alkaloids,
flavonoids,phenol carbonic acids, leucoanthocyanidins and other substances. The main component of the root of Calligonum
(Zhuzgun) - glycyrrhizin acid has its own antiviral activity, based on the induction of interferon formation. The article reflects
the results of the study of a complex compound of glycyrrhizin acid with remantadine-an anti-influenza drug. The obtained
new complex compounds: acid glycyrrhizin (KG) of rimantadine — kaliteden; acid 18-digidropiridinovmi (K18 - DGL) with
rimantadine - caliraman. The structure of the complex compounds obtained by IR and NMR spectroscopy is established. The
absorption bands belonging to the protonated amino group ( NH+
3
) were found in the spectra of the obtained compounds. In
these compounds detected pronounced activity against influenza virus A and reasonable in relation to influenza virus, whereas
rimantadine are active only against influenza a virus. a Distinctive feature of complex compounds from each other is that
kaliteden for antiviral activity only slightly inferior to callimanco, but to reduce the acute toxicity and hepatotoxicity than
