Abstract

The article is devoted to the environmental assessment of the environmental impact of thermal energy complexes on the territory of the city of Nur-Sultan. The technology of electricity production at thermal power plants leads to large emissions of waste into the environment, which in turn worsens the living conditions of people. It is shown that the implementation of the gasification program of the Republic of Kazakhstan in practical terms can provide an effective reduction in the burden on the environment by reducing emissions of hazardous substances.
